Terms of Service

LeadKnight helps you publish content to Facebook destinations (such as groups or pages) that you are authorised to post to, on your own behalf, using your own Facebook account. You compose and approve each post in the LeadKnight console; the extension carries out the posting jobs you have created and approved.

Every action LeadKnight performs is one you have explicitly created and approved in the backend. The extension does not post on its own and acts only as your executor. You are the author and publisher of all content posted through LeadKnight.

When you choose to bring over your Nadlanite account, you authorize us to retrieve your Nadlanite data and to ask Nadlanite to stop its automatic posting for you. If you leave “Resume posting automatically” selected, you also authorize us to post your active Nadlanite properties to the matched Facebook groups from the Facebook profiles you connect. You can pause or stop any campaign at any time.

• You will use LeadKnight only with Facebook accounts and destinations you own or are authorised to post to.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and for ensuring it is lawful and that you have the rights to publish it.
• You will comply with Facebook’s Terms of Service, Community Standards, and Platform Policies, and with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not use LeadKnight to send spam, harassment, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise abusive or illegal content, or in any way that violates a third party’s rights.
• You will keep your account credentials and the extension’s pairing token secure and not share them.

LeadKnight includes an AI assistant that can draft content, answer questions, and prepare actions for you. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing anything it produces before you approve or publish it. High-impact actions (such as publishing) require your explicit approval by default; if your workspace enables auto-approval for trusted actions in Settings, actions covered by that setting run without a per-action prompt and remain your responsibility. Your assistant conversations are processed and retained as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing by third-party AI providers and analytics of conversation content used to operate and improve the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, use the service to violate Facebook’s policies or the law, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

LeadKnight is an independent tool and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Facebook or Meta. Your use of Facebook remains governed by Facebook’s own terms; you are responsible for compliance with them.

LeadKnight is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that posts will always succeed. Platform behaviour and policies are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadKnight and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, reach, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using LeadKnight at any time by unpairing and uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or end the service, in whole or in part, including for the reasons described above.

We may update these Terms; we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
